On March 22, several volunteers joined board members to clean up the park. Some of the tasks we performed include:
picking up trash and dog poop inside the park and the surrounding blocks;
reinforced and mulched the tree planters;
reinforced the netting along the fence to keep the small dogs in the park;
raking up and disposing of the dead leaves that had built up over the winter;
pulling down the invasive vines along the gates; and
planting new flowers
